Our team includes cognitive neurologists, nurse practitioners, neuropsychologists and neuropsychology technicians, health educators, family support advisors, specialty physicians, and a geriatric psychiatrist.
FAMILY SUPPORT
Our Family Support Visits are available to
anyone in the community who is providing
care for a family member experiencing
dementia.
These visits cover topics such as:
- Dementia education
- Symptom strategies
- Creating a care team
- Community resources
- Advance planning
- Counseling strategies to
maintain a high quality of life
despite chronic illness
